The company has a long and exciting history with constant development and changes. The ability to develop, see opportunities and adjust to customer needs have been the foundation for the company´s success. Everything started 1958 with Teleste Audio Oy, who manufactured and developed products for sound reproduction and communication technology equipment.

Audico acquires Weiab, a company with over 50 years of experience in customized AV and communication equipment.

RoomSense Oy
Audico Group expands its activities into SaaS services for AV, ICT and presentation systems management and control solutions and creates a new company.

Bright Installation Oy/AB Intersonic Oy/AB
Audico Holding Oy completed a major acquisition in which Bright Group Oy's installation, import and equipment sales businesses in Finland and Sweden were transferred to the Audico Group business.
